Large scale meat and dairy production has a tremendous impact on our local and global environment, from intensive resource usage to climate change. The current corporate animal agricultural production model also raises animal welfare, public health, and environmental justice concerns. This program will discuss these issues and provide recommendations for environmentally-friendly food choices.
